I ordered some Joint supplements for my dog on 12/9/11. The product had changed and was not reflected on there web page .

We have ordered these for the last 2 plus years. Called them on 1/1/12 and the lady said it can take 2 to 4 weeks. Called back on 1/17/11 And He said he would check into it. I found my tracking # and called them back that day.

Gave him tracking # and he looked it up and said her would credit my account that day 1/17/17 as it showed they received my return shipment on 1/14/11. Checked my Credit card account no Refund again today 1/23/12. Called and talked to the same person today as before and told them if I do not see a credit on my account today I am going to the bank and putting a stop payment on this order.

ENTIRELY PETS.COM you lost a 2 plus year costumer.

Because your costumer service is terrible.

Monetary Loss: $42.
