AWFUL

They sent a $42 dollar supplement that weighs 5 pounds in a shipping bag that barely fit. The lid was cracked but the seal held up. Then I get the dog bed/mat in separate shipping. I noticed I am missing the other supplement. I called Entirely pets. I was told I need to send a email with a picture of my shipping paperwork. Then in the email they said it would ship in one to two days. On there website,I noticed my order now had a back order listed but did not explain what was on a backorder. I called Entirely pets they do not have the supplement in stock. I told the person on the phone to cancel the supplement I did not receive. I had the person I spoke with send me a email that product has been cancel. I will file a report with my credit card it the refund does not go through.

AWFUL /send and charged me for same item after a week.

I bought item at AMAZON,I first saw same item at entirelypets but did not finalize order,however after a week I received same item from Entirely pets.I was concern because they save my credit card number and was able to charge my account. Entirely pets claims that I placed order and that an email was sent to me however the email was regarding the amazon order and no email confirmation was sent from entirely pets.I asked TYLER to send me a return shipping label' he said I have to pay for it.I told him the shipping was $2.95 per receipt so I said okey and he tells me that the shipping cost is $10.00.USPS cost is only 3.95. I know they get a discount but this company is not customer friendly and only wants your money.I am still waiting for my refund, reading the reviews I hope it is refunded soon.

Can't Trust Their Website & They'll Rip You Off

These guys suck. They lie and cheat. Their web site is not up to date and when you contact a customer service rep thru their online chat, you get told one thing and it's documented in your record. Yet when they send you the wrong product, what the chat says doesn't matter. The guy on the phone threw his co-worker under the bus. They will not and did not honor what I was told before I ordered. So now I'm out my money for at least 3 weeks because they won't refund it until they send a return label, which will be days and then at least a week to send it back because of the holiday volume. And I'm sure that it will take them weeks to process the refund. So instead of honoring what the website shows (the image says one thing, the product description another) and what the customer service rep promised in the documented chat, they choose to be difficult and have lost a customer. Be very careful when dealing with this company..They screwed me and they'll screw you too. Can't trust their web site or their on-line chat.

waiting more than 3 months for backorder, asked for info, got short reply saying item is backordered, asked specific questions, got some answers, repeated unanswered questions, got attitude and no clarification, asked again and waited almost two weeks before getting major attitude in email repeating his previous reply which did not answer my question. Called customer service and canceled order, complained about the email replies, but didn't get any satisfaction regarding the service. Won't order from them again, as there are better options available.

have shopped with EntirelyPets.com for years and never have I received such poor customer service as I did from representative "Mike." Several times I emailed asking questions and received responses that failed to answer them. I had been waiting 3 months for a backordered product and wanted to know if I would be emailed when someone had an ETA. Apparently it was more important for Mike to cater to his attitude than answer my actual question, forcing me to wait days for his responses repeating the same information which still did not address my specific question. In the end, I canceled my order, reported a complaint about his "service," ordered from Chewy.com instead, and will no longer do business with EntirelyPets.com, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Shipping policies are awful. Especially when paying for expedited service. And the customer service was even worse. To top it off, I was charged twice for the merchandise and had to call to get the charge removed.

I ordered 2 bottles of glucosamine and shipping to Germany in end-May. The order can be confirmed and started the international shipment only after 2 weeks upon my order. I keep on following up with their Sales rep about the shipping status, but the only answer for my enquiry on the tracking of the package is just a link provided by USPS. While I checked that link and found that the parcel was kept in customs in Frankfurt without any reason, Entirely Pets asked me to check it myself! I was so frustrated that I have no contact methods to get this through. After 2 days I checked again and the parcel was stated as "delivered" but I didn't get the parcels up till now, already one and a half month upon the date of order. I rang up the local courier and they said that it should be the sender's responsibility to check the customs instead of the receiver. But Entirely Pets refused to do so just saying that they cannot help. Oh well, the parcel is lost now, no one can help to check it, and me is the only loser because of this irresponsible company! Angry

Rude customer service

I have been a customer of entirelypets off and on for a few years and never had a problem until today called to ask a question the guy barely spoke any English he was very very rude and now I will not order from them anymore they lost the client at least know how to speak proper English when I asked him if they were accredited pharmacists he didn't even know what accredited means

Do not do business with this company!

Fraudulently, they duplicate your orders and you have to run weeks for your refund!

They lie to you over live chat and phone calls that it has been issued and you need to escalate over and over to upper management to hear the truth that it was never issued. The staff are unprofessional and rude and they can easily hang up on you.

Keep your sanity and do your business with reliable companies.

Why is not government controlling these businesses and everyone and their mother these days can create companies and play with consumers like this?

I went to order Feliway spray.Saw a 75ML spray, on it it said Comfort Zone Feliway (you barely could see the "with" on it!! why is that? Feliway should never have been allowed on it, it was NOT THEIR (cevas) product.. Plus I never got an acknowledgement of the order called and asked if it went through he said you left the C out of Comcast! (I wonder) so after calling he sent the order info. I went back online to look at the product only to see it was discontinued. I called CEVA the real makers of Feliway they said thats not their product.. I wrote entirely Pets Twice they have NEVER gotten back to me asking how can they sell a product with Feliway on it when its NOT FELIWAY??? As I said they never got back.. I contacted the makers of it(after finding out) they were hush hush and said it was discontinued ... From what I can see .PetComfortZone is the product I received and they were not allowed to put feliway on the package as their new packaging(seen online) does not have Feliway on the front... Looks like one big cover up here and Entirely pets misleads people with products they carry....Its bogus advertising..Was not the ORIGINAL FELIWAY BY CEVA

I ordered a glucose meter for my cat who almost died, they stated it shipped and then a few days later sent me an email stated that it was back ordered, I even have a shipping number that states after 3 weeks still waiting on the package. I called and cancelled they states a refund would be there 3-5 business days, one week later I inquired again, given same info would refund money 3-5 business days, after another week I called and was told by some kid he was a supervisor and that my refund was being process and it would take longer due to my mastercard. I have no words for how stupid they believe their customer to be. They have been lying for a while to me and will dispute the charges due to this. I foster cats and will never use them again.

Horrible company

Ordered cat deworming pills. Three phone calls and three weeks later no pills. Same as many other people are stating- they promise it will be shipped that day, then nothing. How does this company intend to stay in business taking orders it cannot fill then blatantly lying to the customer? Its like dealing with a TV or Internet provider, they lie and hang up. There is enough stress in the world without dealing with this crap. I have a choice to give my business elsewhere and I intend to do just that. I would advise everyone to do the same and save yourself some aggravation.

We ordered lactated ringers solution for our cat. They charged our card, then told us there was an error on shipping charges and they needed an additional $10. Then days went by and we received no notice of shipping. Email went unanswered. Phone call, they said "It'll ship today. We'll call you later today with a tracking number." They didn't. Called next day, was told "It'll ship today, we'll have a tracking number later today." This time, they did. Two weeks from placing order until finally delivered. A promised partial refund has not appeared. A friend has gotten the same "it'll be $10 more for shipping" story after his order, and it has been two and a half weeks since he ordered, still no delivery.

After dealing with Entirely Pets a second time, I will never buy from them again. First, I had put my order in for 24 cans of Redbarn Cat Food-Salmon Stew and 24 cans of ZiwiPeak Daily-Cat Venison & Fish Cuisine on December 25th. I didn't get a shipping confirmation right away, and figured that it was because of the holidays. I contacted them on January 3rd to find out what was going on. I was told by the customer service representative that there was only one can of the ZiwiPeak I ordered in stock. She asked if I'd like half my order shipped, and I agreed. I had never gotten a e-mail about this issue, and if I had not called, I would have just been waiting. I received my order last night, and to my surprise the whole order came. However, I saw that I had the wrong kind of ZiwiPeak food. I had received Mackerel & Lamb Cuisine instead of Venison & Fish Cuisine. I double-checked my e-mail confirmation to see if I had mistakenly chosen the wrong food. I had not. I made a call today to ask if I can get what I actually paid for. The customer service representative argued with me that they had not changed my order. I asked her if she wanted me to forward my e-mail confirmation since it sounded like they do not keep track of their own orders. She asked someone about it, and told me that she was just made aware that the Venison & Fish Cuisine was no longer being carried by them. I told her that it would have been nice of them to let me know before shipping it to me. She apologized and told me that they can send a shipping label for me to send the cans of food back and give me a refund, but I told her that I guess I'll just keep them and see if my cats like it because I don't have time to mess with this. I am sure that they don't send people e-mail notifications to profit from mistakes made on their end.

Placed an order on 12/6/2017. Order was put on hold because one item was on back order. I called and asked that the rest of the order ship as balls needed to be shipped to Colorado. Didn't happen. Back order came in and that item was shipped but the rest of the order not shipped. I called again and was advised order would be shipped. Didn't happen. I called again. Long hold times and then call transferred to third party voice mail. After 4 calls, spoke with CSR that advised me that supervisors and managers do NOT come in until 9:30am. Still no shipment! No resolution offered! Balls will not make it to Colorado now before Christmas. Last year, I placed an order and items were on back order and I had to cancel part of order to get these same balls shipped out. Customer service sucks. If you expect to order without problems and get your order on time, DO NOT ORDER FROM ENTIRELY PETS. Order form Chewy instead!
